Wheels and Rollers For Gravity Conveyor System

Kornylak Corporation manufactures both conveyor wheels and rollers for use in gravity racks and live storage racks. The wheels and rollers can be broken down into two categories: gravity flow and controlled gravity flow.

Gravity Flow

The gravity flow wheels use gravity to moved loads down a slope. Kornylak manufactures two plastic wheels that are used as flow wheels. Click on for more information.

Superwheel® Plastic Conveyor Wheel
The Superwheel is a plastic wheel that caries an exceptionally heavy load for its lightweight. Its uniquely designed plastic barrel bearings require no lubrications and are washable.

Mini-Wheel® Lightweight Plastic Wheel Click on for more information.
Mini-Wheel is a lightweight plastic wheel that snaps into a bracket. The Mini-Wheels are used on carton flow racks and gravity flow storage racks.

Palletflo® Gravity Flow Conveyors
Palletflo wheels have special polyurethane tires that use elastomeric hysteresis to control the speed of pallet loads moving over them. Each tire acts as a special brake allowing light and heavy loads to move on the same rails.

Rollerflo gravity roller conveyors use Palletflo wheels as brakes. Rollerflo can handle plastic pallets, and wood pallets with very few and/or extremely narrow runners as well as a wide variety of sizes and shapes of loads.
