Kornylak's Foamboarder® Systems Manufacture Wall, Floor, Ceiling, & Roofing Panels
The Kornylak Foamboarder® systems are designed for manufacturing panels for walls, roofing, ceilings, and floors. Through the world, rigid cellular foam core panels are produced continuously and cut to size on Foamboarder® lines. Panels emerge from the line ready for immediate shipment. The Foamboarder® line can handle any flexible skin materials such as paper, foil and plastic. It will also handle rigid skins such as steel, aluminum, pressboard and plywood.
Panel thickness and production speed are both adjustable to precise values. Side trimming and intermediate width cuts are automatic in operation. The panels are cut off "on the fly" to predetermined lengths as the board exits the continuous press.
