Flexible Foam Line to Produce Polyurethane Carpet Padding
Round Polyurethane Foam Carpet Padding
The Flexible Foam Line can produce a continuous, Round Polyurethane foam bun that can be peeled like veneer from a log for carpet padding, carpet underlayment, and fabric backing. The Polyurethane expands inside the continuous moving mold formed by a three sided conveyor. Once the round urethane foam has exited the conveyor it is cut to length. From there, it is placed on a lathe and cut to the desired thickness to produce numerous products.
Flexible Foam Line Continuous Flow Production
This is a simple yet effective method for production of Polyurethane carpet padding. The same Flexible Foam Line can produce square edge foam bun products by removing the round bun line attachments.
